BMW LSD Billet Reinforced steel cap
Breaking of standard 168 limited slip differential cap is problem that happens more than often especially on higher HP engines.
When you are changing ramp angle to 30°/30° or 30°/60° you increase chance of cap breaking a lot.
So this reinforced steel cap is permanent solution. By installing this you will avoid cap breaking for good.
And when you wish to upgrade 188mm LSD with 4 clutch set, than this is a must have.
BMW Ring gear distance
Allows you to install Low ratio carrier unit (from 2.65-3.07) to short ratios such as 3.15-4.45. For instance if you wish to swap LSD from TDS (2.65 ratio) into higher gear ratio, this is a must have. Or you are installing aftermarket LSD unit to short ratios. Longer bolts are included.
BMW Differential bolt set
It is well known that OEM bolts are very weak on head and they very often collapse when you try to tighten them again. With this reinforced bolt set you will be able to tighten them properly many times and make sure that they do not fall apart and cause additional damage to ring and pinion gears.
BMW Differential carrier shim set
Set includes shims from 1.00 to 2.00mm – 10 pieces
When you are swapping different gear ratio sets or LSD carriers you will need to adjust carrier preload, backlash and teeth contact. To make perfect job you will need shim kit in different dimensions. In this kit you will get 10 shims in 0.1 different thickness from 1 to 2mm. This will help you to adjust your differential perfectly and avoid any whining or any other unpleasant noises.
BMW Differential Bearing shim set
Includes shims from 3 to 4mm thickness + 1mm shim so 3-5mm range.

BMW E30 Differential Rear cover secondary mount (Dual Mount)
This is secondary differential mount for BMW E30 differential cover. Conversion to dual differential mounting is excellent prevention for cracking of rear cover which is very common in high power engine swaps. Absolute must have for drifting or other racing disciplines. Very easy installation, just attach aluminum adapter to your differential cover by unbolting 2 side bolts and bolting up 2 longer from our set. Afterwards you drill 4 holes in flour to mount chassis mounting points and that’s it. All hardware is included except bushing. Aluminum parts are made on CNC machine from T4 dural. Chassis mounting points are powder coated so no rust can occur.
BMW Limited slip differential bevel washers – preload shims
More than often happens that preload shims looses their spring load or be damaged due to overheating and poor oil usage, so it is always good idea to replace them when rebuilding your LSD.
This shims are 30% stronger than originals so you will increase performance of your LSD significantly. Higher preload gives better lock/traction.
They are extra hardend to 55hrc for greater longevity and better performance.
BMW Limited Slip differential Ramp Saver Shim
If you decided to rebuild/upgrade your LSD unit and realized your previous clutches made damage to flat surface of your ramps (pressure plates), it is not recommended to leave it like that. Ramp saver plate will help you to resolve problem and return your differential to original or higher performance. It can also be used to increase preload in racing applications.
Installation manual is included.
E46 M3 Preload Shim – Right drive shaft free play FIX
Most of E46 M3 Visco variable LSD units has problem with free play in right shaft. That can be recognized by hearing ‘’tap’’ sound when engaging into 1st gear and leaking of oil on right side of differential.
RacingDiffs preload shim will resolve this problem without any modifications. Just replace factory shim which goes behind right side gear with RacingDiffs preload shim and you will resolve that problem.
